Last Day!!!!

We want to thank you so much for allowing us to spend this year with your wonderful girls.  They are more than ready for first grade, although we will miss them terribly!  Have a great and safe summer and please stop by for a visit next year!

Shopping trip

Today the girls went shopping...don't worry, we didn't take them to Harbor East--they went shopping at McMahon and Fenwick's Dollar Store!  As a fun culminating project, we gave the girls 4 quarters to shop around our room.  We labeled different items with different prices and your daughters were able to shop the room and count the change.  The girls had a blast and we enjoyed getting rid of the small items in our prize box :-)

Last Week of School

We cannot believe that this is our last week of school!  The girls are working hard on our Junie B. Jones book study and enjoying our final math unit on money.  Muffy and I wanted to thank you for our wooden frames with the picture of our class at the Aquarium.  We had so much fun on our field trip and these frames are a wonderful way to remember your girls and the great times we had together.

Our room moms, Tracy Godey and Leslie Henry, stopped by our room this morning for a special treat.  The girls decorated flower petals listing all of the amazing things they helped with this year, and we presented them with orchids for all of their hard work.  Thank you so much, Leslie and Tracy!!!!!!
